Crissic Solutions Roles and Responsibilities to Reseller
Provides self-managed VPS products and services to Resellers.
Provides customer service to Resellers.
Provides support to handle Resale orders and service.
Establishes and handles Reseller’s account.
We do NOT provide end-user support; that is the
responsibility of the Reseller
Reseller Roles and Responsibilities
Provides billing to end user.
Must resell Crissic Solutions VPS at same price or higher. Selling Under the table is not permitted and is grounds for termination
Must have a working functional website.
Must receive and resolve SPAM, DMCA & Abuse reports of Reseller Clients - Unresolved complaints will result in immediate termination of said VPS and possible revocation of resale rights. Reseller has 24 hours to resolve issue and notify Crissic of resolution.
Resells Crissic Solutions products and services as an independent company.
Provides customer service to the end user and is the end user's only point of contact in connection with Crissic Solutions services and products Reseller sells it's customers. This includes, but is not limited to: support, sales, and billing. Crissic Solutions will not give the end-user any login details or personal information.
Revenue commitment: Reseller is required to maintain a minimal 1 VPS
in any given month to remain an active reseller. Reseller has 90 days to
get first sale and to keep the one VPS.
Other Terms and Conditions
Reseller is not permitted to use coupon for own use. If found to do
so, reseller rights will be revoked.
Not upholding revenue commitment will result in
revocation of resale rights.
Unresolved DMCA, Spam, and other abuse issues will result in a
suspension of said services if a resolution is not met 24 hours after
initial ticket is open with the reseller.
Reseller and end-user must adhere to Crissic Solutions'
Terms of Services and Acceptable Use Policy. Reseller is permitted to
use our TOS/AUP on their website.
Crissic Solutions Reserves the right to modify this agreement in any
shape and form without prior notification. It is the responsibility of
the reseller to update their policy.

6-10 VPS: 15% Off
11-20 VPS: 20% Off
20+ VPS: 25% Off
